good questions before you buy

still curious? write to care@happyotter.in and a real person replies.

nope. it's an LED that flickers like a flame — no fire, no heat, no smoke. the glow is the only thing that's real.

crystal-cut acrylic. it catches light like glass, weighs less, and won't shatter if someone's elbow finds it.

small round button cells — and they're already in the box. no last-minute shop run.

pop in new button cells of the same size and it's glowing again instantly.

pull out the small tab under the base, then flip the switch. that's the whole manual.

these are the medium size, tall enough for a pooja thali, small enough for a bedside table or a windowsill.

yes — no flame, no heat, nothing to knock into a curtain. just keep spare button cells out of reach of little hands.

indoors or a covered balcony. breeze is fine, rain is not — they aren't waterproof.

yes, COD is available. or pay via UPI and the prepaid discount applies itself at checkout.

ships in 1–2 business days, lands in 3–7. you get a tracking link the moment it leaves.

message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. we'll replace it. no drama.

the best kind, one that comes out again every diwali. grab 8 or 20, gift a few, keep the rest.
